Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flexihub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided for material changes.

2. Account Registration

You may browse events without an account. To purchase tickets as a registered user, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the displayed price via M-PESA. Tickets are delivered electronically with a unique QR code and entry PIN. Each ticket admits one person and is validated once at the event gate. Duplicate use, resale above face value, or counterfeit tickets are prohibited.

4. M-PESA Payments

Payments are processed through Safaricom's M-PESA service. You are responsible for entering the correct M-PESA transaction code. Flexihub verifies each transaction before issuing tickets. In case of payment disputes, we will work with Safaricom to resolve the issue. Refunds are at the discretion of the event organiser.

5. Event Cancellations & Refunds

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, we will notify ticket holders and facilitate refunds according to the organiser's refund policy. Flexihub's platform commission may be retained to cover processing costs. Event date or venue changes do not automatically qualify for refunds unless stated by the organiser.

6. Platform Role

Flexihub is a ticketing platform connecting event organisers with attendees. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform. Event organisers are solely responsible for their events, including venue arrangements, content, and compliance with applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt to bypass payment verification; create multiple accounts to abuse promotions; scrape or extract data without permission; or interfere with the platform's operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flexihub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ticket purchase.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
